Clear terms for a local vault.

Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your master password, recovery code, device and backups. Ingenium Studio cannot remotely unlock your vault if they are lost. If you lose the file or travel key saved in travel mode, those items cannot be recovered.

Free use

You can download ŠU.NIR for free and use it without time limit. The free version has no ads.

Items you can add in the free version

Deleted items do not count toward the limits. Autofill, 2FA codes, breach checks, Protection Center, the security assistant and backups are complete in the free version too.

The limits only stop new items from being added. Viewing, copying, autofilling, editing, exporting and backing up the items you have are never restricted. Restoring your own ŠU.NIR backup, restoring from the trash and returning from travel work regardless of the limits. When importing from another app (CSV, Apple Passwords, Google Authenticator), items are imported up to the limit and you are told how many were left out.

ŠU.NIR Pro

ŠU.NIR Pro unlocks: unlimited items; documents, IDs, encrypted files and cold wallets; panic PIN; travel mode; time locks; self-destructing items; secure item and file sharing. Encryption, autofill and backups are identical in Pro and the free version.

Plans

Local prices apply in other countries. The App Store or Google Play shows the exact price and any tax before you buy; prices may change over time. No free trial is offered. Family Sharing is disabled.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled. On the App Store you must cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop renewal; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• To cancel or change plans:
  • iPhone/iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions;
  • Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions;
  • or ŠU.NIR > Settings > ŠU.NIR Pro > Manage subscription.
• When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
• You can switch between the monthly and yearly plans; the store's rules decide when the change takes effect.
• If the price increases, the store notifies you in advance as its rules require and asks for your consent where needed.

One-time purchase (Lifetime)

Pro Lifetime is a non-consumable in-app purchase paid once; it does not renew and is never charged again. Use “Restore Purchases” to re-activate it on any device signed in with the same Apple or Google account. An earlier “Ad-free version” purchase counts as Pro Lifetime.

When Pro ends

If a subscription ends or a purchase is refunded:

• all the items you have, including Pro-only types, stay accessible;
• new additions beyond the free limits and new set-ups of Pro features stop;
• protections you already set up keep working and can be turned off at any time: panic PIN, time locks, self-destructing items, an active trip.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules and are handled by the store. For refunds use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in the Play Store for Google Play. Ingenium Studio does not take payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds directly.

Prohibited use

You may not use the app for unlawful access, taking another person's data or bypassing safeguards.

Service limits

Device, operating-system and third-party store or service availability may affect features. The on-device AI model runs only on supported devices; elsewhere the assistant answers with built-in rules. Keep regular encrypted backups of important records.
