SALUDUS / TERMS OF USE

These terms describe the framework for using development and test versions of the Saludus phone and watch apps.
Scope of the service
Saludus is a consumer application that helps record walking, running and cycling activities, display route and weather information, and provide optional training suggestions. Features may vary by country, device, connectivity and provider availability.
Health and safety
Saludus is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or emergency service. Route, weather, fall-detection and training output is supporting information only. Your surroundings, traffic, official warnings and health always take priority. Contact the authorised emergency service where you are in an emergency.
Routes and live location
Maps and route data may be outdated or inaccurate. Do not enter closed, private, dangerous or inaccessible areas. Share a live-location link only with people you trust; you can revoke it at any time.
Account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, using a strong unique password, and protecting your device and verification codes. If you suspect unauthorised access, sign out and contact support@ingenium-studio.com.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service unlawfully; to track or harass another person; gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems; bypass security controls; generate malicious traffic; or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property and third parties
The Saludus brand, application design and original software belong to Ingenium Studio. Maps, operating systems, health platforms and other third-party services may be subject to their own licences and terms.
Changes, suspension and deletion
We may change or temporarily suspend features for security, maintenance or legal reasons. You can delete your account in the app. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through an appropriate channel before they take effect.
Legal review gate
This draft reflects the product’s current technical boundaries. Store release will remain blocked until counsel completes the legal entity details, governing law, dispute resolution, consumer rights and mandatory country-specific clauses.
