This notice explains what FinMind uses, why it is used and which controls are available.
Data kept on device
Income, spending, budgets, goals, debts, portfolio records and preferences are primarily kept in protected storage on your device.
Features that need a server
With explicit consent, your email may be used for password reset; a redacted, minimised financial summary may be sent to the AI coach; and report recipients and attachments may be sent through encrypted Ingenium infrastructure.
Market and banking services
Market requests pass through the FinMind proxy to licensed providers. Open Banking is enabled only with separate consent, and bank credentials are not stored by the FinMind app.
Location, receipts and notifications
Location and receipt images are used only for the permission and action you initiate. Low-confidence OCR fields require review. Notification preferences can be changed at any time.
Retention and deletion
Temporary report files are removed after delivery or sharing. You can erase local data from Data Management and request deletion of server records.

For access, correction or deletion contact privacy@ingenium-studio.com; for support use support@ingenium-studio.com. Never email passwords, verification codes or financial exports.
